The match against Savio was very tight, but in the end, they got the
final laugh. We were a bit unlucky.
“After that shock, we will approach Kurasini Heat
cautiously with a view to bagging the points at stake. I am optimistic
that we’ll overcome them tomorrow,” Shomari said. Kurasini Heat coach
and former national team guard, Gerard Baru, said his players were in
the positive frame of mind and that they will be all out trying to defy
the odds.
“We have worked hard to get where we are right now
and I believe my players will execute their duty when they face Jogoo,”
he said. “It is a tough game because Jogoo have a lot of experienced
players who can change the score at any point of the game.” Kurasini
Heat captain Yasin Choma echoed his coach’s remarks, insisting that they
have the firepower to stop Jogoo.
“It is going to be a difficult game. We know Jogoo have good and quality players, but we are ready for the battle,” he said.
